The amount of water is extremly incorrect for tortillas. for 4 cups of flour and only 1/2 cups to 3/4 cups of water, you only end up with a flaky flour. I had to add at least a total of 1 1/2 cups of water, and even then I think the water was still too little.
I pulled up the Chevys recipe out of a Chevys cookbook I have and it even has twice the water as this recipe.
I think this recipe should be removed from Food Network.
