Very good. Very easy. I couldn't find the carrots with the stems left on them. Wanted to add parsley for the color/presentation, but I was out. Thought of basil, but didn't want to ruin the anticipated flavor. Instead of putting back on the stove-top after adding the honey, lemon and butter, I put in the oven instead. Maybe this is why I didn't recognize a glaze. Anyhow, very good and I'll surely make again.

Great carrots! Even got my "don't cook my vegetables" kid to eat them! I used the whole baby carrots (like in the picture not the packaged fat baby ones as in the video so they were very pretty to look at as well as very tasty. I bet they'd be great cold too but 2 lbs were eaten by 4 adults and 3 kids so I'll just have to try them again!

Oh my stars. I tried these carrots and they were the best carrots I have ever had. These carrots didnt even make me parched like most carrots do. I would recommend making these carrots every night for dinner or for a special carrot party. These carrots rock my socks. I ate so many carrots I was afraid I might get beta-carotene overdose, but I didn't!! The stars in my universe aligned that night and I was made whole.

Excellent and easy with a great presentation. And, after sitting a day and having them for leftovers, the flavors were even more intense! You could really taste the lemon the next day.
