I had just come home from the farmer's market with fresh today baby carrots and local honey which made this extra yummy! Can't wait to try it when my grandkids are here!

Very good, very easy and a very colorful display. I used colored carrots for an Easter vegetable. Went over very well, even the kids liked it!

I'm sure I did this wrong, but the honey was just too darn sweet for me. Carrots, in my opinion have a natural sweetness already, so I think I'll just stick to plain Jane carrots from now on. The glaze was watery and sat at the bottom of the dish when served. My family ate them though and my four year old scarfed them down. That's the reason for my three.

They were good but I thought they needed a caramelized onion or scallion for an added savory element. The lemon/honey flavor reminded me of lemon/honey tea when I have a cold.

I was expecting a better flavor. I think brown sugar would be better for the sweetness. The recipe is so easy and quick that I still give it 3 stars.

Just made this tonight and I could not wait to rate it. Absolutely awesome. So easy, goof-proof and you do not have to spend a small fortune on ingredients that you'll rarely use again. Plus, it's delicious [the fresh lemon really adds to this dish]. The other thing I love about this recipe is that you could pair it with so many different entrees. . . chicken, beef, pork, fish . . .could work with just about anything, and although it reminds me of comfort food, it's summer and still worked so well with my dinner tonight. I will definitely make this again and not change a thing. Thank you for a great and simple recipe!!!!!
