    These were GREAT! Made them as a side dish for Thanksgiving as a last-minute change up from our usual carrot routine. SO good!

    really good! i made this recipe for my papa at Thanksgiving due to the fact that he doesn't like greenbeans (at all. Everyone loved them! I cooked the honey, butter and lemon juice on medium at the last 3-4 min of the carrots boiling to make the glaze a bit thicker. this recipe makes really fresh tasting carrots that won't give you cavities. They're not too soft either. I'll definately make these again!

    I did not like this recipe because I don't like carrots, but everyone else in my family LOVED them. I tripled the recipe (using 3 lbs of regular sliced carrots, and let them sit on the Keep Warm setting of my Crock Pot while I finished the rest of my Thanksgiving dinner. There were no leftovers.
