- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 3/4 cup raw local honey
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Combine the cream, half-and-half, honey and vanilla in the canister of a commercial ice-cream maker and stir to combine. Freeze per manufacturer's instructions.
