I made these and they were very good, then my sister suggested we put blueberries in and very very good, we just put them in the toaster over and eat them that way, what is left over we freeze for another day.

Wonderful recipe! Once you have this honey lime butter you will never go back to traditional syrup again!

This is my boyfriend's favorite breakfast. The honey lime butter certainly make the pancakes. We don't even use syrup!

My family enjoyed the pancakes very much. Unfortunately I only had about a 1/4 C. of whole wheat flour so I had to add an extra 1/4 C. AP flour. Since I didn't have any limes I used the zest of an orange to go with the honey butter. It was excellent. This recipe is easy to put together.

I thought these were very good! Nice and thin, not thick and heavy. Loved the different flavors! I did not make the butter because we had homemade syrup. Maybe next time! Thanks again Paula!!!

I imagine these would have been nice had the recipe required baking powder; but as it was, the pancakes didn't rise or puff at all, just kind of sat there in the skillet, flat, rubbery and strangely textured.
