This was wonderful, better than any take-out. I made this with a side dish of steamed rice for the picky eater. Turned out, rice was not needed. I added cracked black pepper to the marinade for an extra kick of spice. This dish needed a little salt to finish it (the soy sauce i used does not have an extra salty taste. Other than that, do not change a thing.

The flavor on this chicken is insane! I made this tonight for Chinese New Year and my husband and I both loved it!

Beautiful dish, perfect in taste, and ranks in the top 10 of anything I have prepared. I have been in this industry since 1984, so that says a lot.

Great recipe. A little on the spicy side for my taste but will just reduce the amount of chili garlic paste next time.

We doubled the recipe and still, it was not enough. So good, we were fighting over the remaining bits in the wok!
Next time, we will triple everything so we'll have leftovers for lunch the next day.
Only change up was adding some steamed rice, for our one picky eater.;
