    This is a big hit with family and neighbors and quite easy to do. make sure you follow the directions - especially regarding the rub under the skin - that gives the meat a terrific flavor.

    this recipe comes from a book by Cheryl and Bill Jamison which is a good beginner text for bbq'ing.
