- 4 flour tortillas
- ½ cup hummus
- 4 small romaine lettuce leaves
- 4 slices Provolone or Havarti cheese
- 1 cup California grapes, halved
Spread the hummus evenly on the tortillas. Top each with a lettuce leaf, a slice of cheese and a sprinkling of grapes. Roll them up like a burrito and serve, or wrap in plastic wrap and keep chilled until service.
