We eat at Eva's every time we are in Syracuse. I always order the Hungarian Placki and it is so good! I can't wait to try and make it myself. I think they made a typo on the number of potatoes and it should read 6-8. All I can say is...awesome! And if you like it a bit less spicy just dial it down a notch.
