I made this "granola" as an alternative to the calorie loaded granola I make for my children. For a low fat snack it is pretty good on fruit and with yogurt, but if you love granola this probably will not do it for you. I used half as much agave nectar syrup instead of the sugar free syrup.

This is crunchy and flavorful a really delish snack. Will make it often. I used sensible foods freeze dried apples. I think I will also try freeze dried bananas and strawberries.

This is a fantastic recipe and great alternative to even the low cal granolas in the stores. I added toasted wheat germ and oat bran as well. It's great over nonfat vanilla yogurt with 1/4 cup of fresh berries. I love blueberries because they are such a good antioxidant. I just adore Lisa's show and I'm making every dish she has shown including the baked kale ! Super healthy ideas
