Made this for breakfast, wrapped it in foil & brought it to work. Delicious....kept me full until lunchtime. Next time I will use a grill pan to get the marks.

Delicious! I haven't eaten peanut butter in so long because of the fat but this slimmed down version rocks!

Very easy and tasty. I used Better 'n Peanut Butter from Trader Joes which cut the calories even more!

Mmmmm.. This made for a nice and filling breakfast! And it takes a second to slap it together. This is the perfect recipe when you need to throw something together real quick.

I think I've made something like this before in the past, but not with grilling the sandwich. The grilling made it much more tasty by warming up the bananas and making the peanut butter all gooey.

I cut the calories down a little more and use two teaspoons of peanut butter instead of 1 tablespoon. I found that two teaspoons was plenty to cover the entire slice of bread. I also used I Can't Believe its Not Butter spray instead of whipped butter. I found these excellent 50 calories per slice multigrain bread to use for the sandwich. I used a grill pan instead of a skillet and only needed about 1 minute to get golden brown grill marks.

Really good! Lisa, please keep them coming.
