    THANKS!! The only recipe that I could find with the "minutes per pound". You saved me and my 25lb rib roast and the super bowl party!..........GO PATRIOTS!!!

    Temp was 275 degrees and it turned out too rare. Based on other recipes for same roast, it probably should have been 375 degrees. Would have been excellent otherwise.
