Easy to modify for those who do not like onions or garlic. Did it the frist time using ground meats and the second with diced meats, both time were good.

It was thick like I wanted but a little too sweet. I think my bbq sauce was sweet and it was too much. Must use smoky sauce.

I have made this recipe a number of times. It's very tasty. I generally add extra meat and lessen the amount of barbeque sauce by half.
