- 2 ounces gin, such as Tanqueray Gin
- 1/2 ounce herb liqueur, such as Yellow Chartreuse
- 1 ounce passion fruit puree
- 1 bar spoon kaffir lime leaf bitters
- Imperial lager, such as "The Kaiser", Avery Brewing Company
- Sprig of fresh mint, for garnish
Combine the gin, herb liqueur, passion fruit puree and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, then pour into a beer glass and top with the imperial lager and mint sprig. Serve.
