I made it today. I didn't like it at all. It was way too dark. I much prefer the ones in the store, But I thought I would try this one because I didn't want to waste my oranges, and they were too sour to eat anyway. I found the orange bitter, and they didn't seem to be cooked. Maybe the slices were too big, I used a mandoline. If I try this again, I will try with oranges who rind is not too thick.

This turned out so well, it's become a breakfast staple. It freezes so well that we never run out. I've gifted this marmalade to friends and neighbors who love it!

Very tasty. Came out perfect. Gave this along with Ina's recipe for brioche as christmas gifts. This made enough to fill 8 8oz. Mason Jars.

I made two batches of this recipe and one batch was perfect, the second is watery. I wish I had someone to ask but, I'm willing to cook it again and re-sterilize my jars...It's good even when loose but, I like it when it's set well....Orange marmalade is a lot like cilantro ...You either love it or hate it.

Very nice recipe! I'm not a fan of orange but this is yummy. I, too, had to cook it much longer than the recipe stated but I'm using an electric range. I also added the cinnamon stick to enhance the flavor. This will be a wonderful Christmas gift for my family!

Flavor is wonderful, just a suggestion: maybe coarse chop the orange slices to a smaller desired size, which would make it more spreadable, and after filling the jars, cap and seal then invert for 5 minutes then put right sdie up,and the seals will pop shut as they seal. Excellent recipe easy and really good. Will make again.

I used three whole oranges and 3 peeled oranges. Otherwise I followed the recipe. I did have to boil it for far longer than the 30 minutes to get the right consistency. The temperature reached 220 prior to the boiling but it was still very watery. The product is divine. I had a friend stop by and she ate one jar with a spoon! I told her she just ate her Christmas gift!

I love it. It's so beautiful. The only thing that I changed is that after I did the water and the sugar and brought it to a boil...... when I turned it off, I tossed in a cinnamon stick overnight. I took it out before I finished the cooking process. Thanks Ina.........and Anna!
