Made this salad for my mom and me just as the recipe says. Was great! Great summer salad. You must however love arugala to love this salad. Which I DO!

I have ALWAYS despised arugula until I made this dish. This is truly the best salad I have ever tasted. The arugula, watermelon and feta taste as though they were meant to be eaten together. The dressing was delicious and I have made extra to use on other salads. Thank you Ina

What a pleasant surprise --- who would ever think that watermelon, arugula and feta cheese would be this fantastic together. A big hit with my guests and now one of my favorites.

I loved this salad; the watermelon and feta was such a suprise combination and the citrus dressing brings this salad to life.

Just finished dinner and this salad was fabulous! Each bite was so refreshing on a summer's nite. The mint really tops this salad off. Served with grilled pork chops and potato. It was a great addition to the meal. Hats off to you Ina! Cannot wait until the next wonderful receipe!

This salad has amazed us. Quite a vast variety of flavor. Never thought of feta and watermelon together. And the vinergarette is delish in combination! Must try!

This salad is fabulous. I used more watermellon and less arugula. I cubed the watermellon and cheese and then chilled them for an hour. Tossed in greens and dressing right before serving. Delicious!

Cold, crisp watermelon, salty, tangy feta, spicy, bitter arugula. What a flavor combination! I have yet to serve this to anyone who wasn't surprised by the components and demanded the recipe. I've paired it with grilled duck breast,
minty lamb chops and a simple london broil. It goes with everything! Leave it
to Ina.

Great salad, prepared true to the recipe. Made salad for one but will use the dressing over the week. I may sneak in some red pepper to add a bit of heat. Great with cold chicken but can't wait to serve with grilled salmon or shrimp.
It's a keeper.
