This salad was not only absolutely beautiful, but very tasty. I made it for a brunch with the ladies and my ladies ate every bit of it. Excellent mix of flavors and the sharp, salty feta was perfect with the sweet, cool watermelon. I couldn't find arugula at my local grocery, so I used a bag of pre-packaged mixed baby greens, which worked beautifully. I also chose to use a mini-blender to do the dressing, which cut my prep time a bit. I would make this again and again. Fantastic salad!

I was skeptical about the feta with the watermelon but it was yummy! I had to make a few substitutions because I wasn't making another trip to the store. I used brown sugar instead of honey, and minced garlic and yellow onions instead of shallots. Still very good. I would make this again the next time we grill.

Although I did not include the mint (because my husband and I neither one care for it, the salad had a unique flavor - different than any I had made previously; however, we both enjoyed it very much. I will definitely make this again.

This salad was light and refreshing. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed it. I forgot to include the honey in the salad dressing, and it still was awesome. I would agree with the other reviewer that the watermelon needs to be chilled. I would recommend that you try this recipe if you are debating about it. It's a perfect summer salad!

I loved the bold flavors of the arugula and feta and how it was counter balanced by the mint and watermellon. Very easy to prepare. I did add some some chopped walnuts just to give it some texture. Wouild also suggest that the watermellon be chilled before adding to the salad.

This is an absolutely delicious salad. Great for summer. The watermelon is a nice surprise and a great complement for the arugula.

This salad is awesome. Super easy and super yummy. The feta, watermelon, arugula and some vinagrette all in one bite is just great. I served it as a side dish 2 times this weekend. Once with homeade mushroom and goat cheese pizza and again with baby back ribs on the grill. All but one thought that is was great. And that is just b/c they don't like feta cheese. I definately recommend it b/c it's an easy way to impress your guest! It looks really pretty too!

This is a great salad which can be eaten as a main dish as well. I had guests over, and they all loved it!
