This salad is so fresh and yummy and very easy to make. My husband, who is not a Feta fan, loved it!! The combination of flavors is Fabulous!

This salad was a great tasting surprise! It tastes so good together....sweet, salty, thing going on! So fantastic that we had it one night with a main course...the next night all we ate was just the salad and nothing else!!

IF YOU ARE AN ARUGULA LOVER, THIS RECIPE IS FOR YOU! COMBO OF TASTES AND TEXTURES IS A SYMPHONY IN YOUR MOUTH. DRESSING COMPLEMENTS AND ADDS ANOTHR DIMENSION. AND, CRIPES! THE MINT...OVER THE TOP.
THIS GOES RIGHT NEXT TO INA'S "CAPE COD CHOPPED SALAD" - ANOTHER ADVENTURE IN TASTE AND TEXTURE AND, YES, ANOTHER PERFECT DRESSING.
BOTH SALADS ARE COMPLETELY SATISFYING ON MANY LEVELS INCLUDING HOW GORGEOUS THEY LOOK.

Ina - invite me over for dinner! Salad was excellent - I have seen this basic combination put together before, but haven't made it. Then I saw Ina do it this morning and decided to finally try it. I must say - why did I wait? The combo is refreshing, delicious and - let's face it - a summer picnic on your fork! the only thing I will change for next time is to add more water melon. Also my first arugula-as-the-only-lettuce salad - lovely. Enjoy!
