Loved It!! Added 1-2 TB honey to taste and grilled on a cedar plank that had been soaked and lightly oiled with olive oil. This is a keeper!

My husband and I both thought this was way too salty. Next time I'll try it with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce instead of 3. Other than that it was good and very easy to make. Definitely going to be a favorite once I adjust the saltiness; and it's great to have a good fish recipe since I usually don't like fish.

This is the salmon dish to make for people who don't like salmon. It doesn't have a fishy taste--the marinade is perfect. I like sweet dishes, so I added a little brown sugar to the marinade, but I'm sure it would be good either way. I have 2 of the pickiest toddlers EVER, and they ate the whole thing and kept saying they loved it. My husband asked for me to throw this in the 2 week rotation. Quick, easy, and soooo good. Definitely became a regular dish for our house.

This is my go-to dish. So simple, so yummy. If you don't have a grill, you can easily cook the salmon in the oven (12-15 mins at 450. Great with a side of steamed veggies.

very good basic recipe!! Ina really shows you how easy it is! I altered it by cutting the soy sauce in half, and used honey dijon mustard and only 1 1/2 tablespoon of it. I also added lemon zest from one lemon, and a splash of lemon juice. I double the garlic, added a tablespoon of honey, and a tablespoon of chilli paste. I also added a few sprinkles of dried parsley flakes. I marinaded the fish (without skin, and scored prior to marinading for 15 mins and then grilled them on a grill pan while brushing them after flipping sides with the marinade. I didn't pour any of the sauce over the fish after done. DELICIOUS!

Fabulous! It's definitely a "go to" recipe, particularly for guests. I make it with steamed green beans finished with some slightly sauteed grated garlic, grated ginger and a touch of red pepper flakes. Home run, sophisticated and super easy!
