We loved it! So simple and extremely flavorful. I simply served grilled portobello mushrooms marinated with olive oil and soy along with white rice. Quick, simple and delicious meal!

This recipe is easy and good.
Did it in skillet. Added a small amount of Asian hot sauce.
Served it with rice. Sauce was good on the rice as well.

BEST salmon I have ever had hands down. I have made salmon many different ways, but this was excellent.

It did not overpower, but just added an exciting dimension to an always tasty fish.

Highly recommended from this salmon fan!

As described it was very easy to prepare, however there was an incredible saltiness taste and a distinct olive oil flavor. If that's what frosts your corn flakes than you will love this one, I'm not a big salt taste fan. Enjoy!

I am so sorry to be in the minority here but I just didn't enjoy this recipe much at all and neither did my two teenage kids. I made the recipe exactly as written and my problem with it was I just didn't care for the flavor of the marinade/sauce. It had too strong of a mustard flavor and it was very salty due to the soy sauce. I will have to keep searching for a salmon recipe that my family and I love. I really want to incorporate the addition of salmon into my weekly rotation but first I have to find a salmon recipe that we all love and this one is not it. I really had high hopes for this one because of all of the rave reviews but unfortunately I was one of the few that didn't feel the same. :(

Very good flavor! Next time I think I will marinate for 30-45 minutes. Because I don't like the calories from the oil and I scraped all the sauce off. Works just fine on the stovetop pan-fried.

I have not bought Salmon in about 5 years now as I don't care of the taste of it. I decided to give salmon another try and used this recipe and my hubby and I are so glad we did! This recipe is SO good and SO simple to make with very few already on hand ingredients. I will start buying nore salmon for now on. My son even loved the flavors as well.
