This was really great. Both my parents liked this recipe-and it's so simple! The marinade is truly restaurant quality and I use it to marinate other things like chicken and tempeh. Instead of grilling I roasted it in the oven until the fish was medium rare.

Simple. Idiot-proof and absolutely the best salmon that I've ever eaten. Made it for a few friends and a 2nd date who was TOTALLY IMPRESSED.

OH MY GOSH! This was the best Salmon that I have ever eaten! (Restaurant or Home I did slightly modify the recipe. I used Maille Old Style whole grain Dijon Mustard and I used one teaspoon granuled garlic instead of fresh garlic. I built a fire in my charcoal grill with pecan wood instead of charcoal. I let the coals build and then put salmon steaks on a cedar plank. I cooked it using indirect heat until done. Then topped with remaining sauce. This was INCREDIBLE! Thanks, Thanks, Thanks!

I used this recipe in a cast iron grill pan because I don't have an actual grill and it came out quite good! I served it over baby spinach dressed with a homemade lemon-mustard vinaigrette, cherry tomatoes, and fresh pineapple. Very tasty dinner!

This is simple and amazing!! My family loves this, and I cook it often! It goes great with rice pilaf or wild rice and grilled asparagus! I have found that I need to make more of the sauce because everyone loves it so much.

This salmon recipe is now one of my family's favorites. I was surprised at how much flavor it gave the salmon, considering how easy-breezy it is to make. We love, love, love it!

Just made this about an hour ago. Super easy to make. We almost always have all the ingredients in our pantry (with the exception of the salmon. This was VERY delicious, a quick way to serve salmon. Paired it with a corn, pepper, soy bean blend, and voila! Fast and tasty meal.
