Highly recommend this recipe. Also still winter here in Pacific Northwest so sauteed this instead. Very, very, good! Can't wait to serve to guests. Served with rice pilaf and sauteed vegetables.

Excellent, quick and easy recipe. I used a bit less mustard and it was perfect. This does not call for salt and pepper, but I added Pink Himalayan salt and freshly ground black pepper right before making this. It is a light, fresh-tasting marinade and let's the freshness of the salmon shine through. It's a keeper and I have added it my recipe box! Note: it is winter here so the grilling wasn't an option, (i placed it in the broiler, but I look forward to trying this on the grill this summer!

I made this recipe probably more than ten times in the last 6 months. So easy and tasty! It's as good if you fry it and also easier. I fried it about 4 minutes each side on medium high. Today, I served it with fried rice. My husband's favorite! Thanks Ina!

I used a blackcurrant mustard and added some brown sugar to sweeten up the marinade. I also topped it with green onions! Paired with red potatoes and asparagus, it was amazing!!

Ina doesn't need any rave reviews on this recipe but thought I'd put in my 2 cents for all the times I've made Food Network recipes and not submitted a review. I probably make 50-60 new recipes a month from a variety of sources. I'm not a huge fish fan but eat it because it's good for me and my husband loves fish. This recipe was super simple and you can't go wrong serving it to guests.

Easy and delicious. Like all of Ina's recipes you don't need a mile long grocery list that costs a fortune. A few ingredients equals tons of flavor. I had everything on hand.
