This recipe was simply amazing! So easy to make and so delicious. I used honey dijon mustard to add a bit of sweetness. Will definitely make again.

My 8 yr old wanted to help make dinner,so we chose this recipe because it looked simple, didn't have a lot of ingredients my 5 yr old wouldn't eat, and didn't require a lot of cutting/chopping. We did a medium flame on the gas grill, and the suggested cooking times were spot-on. We put it in a veggie basket as I was a little afraid of it sticking on the actual grill rack (I don't have a cedar plank. This turned out to be one of the best salmon recipes we've tried! Everyone loved it! This is a new favorite at our house!

Easy, quick and awesome!! Made this for dinner and it was very good. It was so easy to make, a great weekday meal for a busy family. My husband's response to the meal "I would pay money for this in a restaurant."

this was fantatstic, a definite five star recipe. We have had it four times already and I would say it is superb. Who would know something so simple would taste so moist and buttery, it's unbelievable how good it is.

This recipe is amazing and comes out perfect every time. You will not believe what a masterpiece these simple ingredients make! The tender and moist texture is unbelievable and the flavor is out of this world. I make it often and it goes with so many things. The taste is not overwhelmingly Asian, just great seasoning. No fishy dry salmon here!

I am not a big fan of salmon, but with this marinade and sauce, it's the only way I can love to eat it! Husband is a huge fan of salmon so I'm always looking for ways that I can like it too. This was a huge hit. I like to add a little honey to give an extra bit of sweetness and caramelize it.

This marinade is delicious. I actually double the recipe and just use it as a sauce. Mmmmmm! I have also given this recipe to some of my friends and they refuse to eat salmon any other way. Yummy on chicken too!

For those of you who said this made your house/apartment smell like fish, you weren't lying! But, this is truly simple and delicious! I loved it and would eat the marinade on anything. Some of the reviews said that it was too salty, I would disagree (it is salty, but not overwhelmingly so. I thought it tasted just fine, well better than fine. I served it with rice and roasted brussels sprouts. I made this for my boyfriend and he couldn't get enough of it. Ina has yet to disappoint :

I'm a long time reader, first time reviewer. Despite the already high ratings here, just wanted to share my take, as I've made this salmon many many times. It's easy, tasty and our go-to recipe when we want to impress. I started making it per the recipe, then tried it on the stove top, then now prefer to cook it in the oven. Any way you cook it, it's the marinade/sauce that really takes this to another level. I also add a little minced ginger (less than the garlic to make it even tastier as other have suggested. (As one reviewer complained that this wasn't "asian" enough, adding some ginger might fix that.
BTW, this is going on our Thanksgiving table tomorrow.
