This has become my new favorite salmon recipe! I cooked it under the broiler for about the same amount the recipe says to grill it. It turned out wonderful... It was even great the next day cold over a salad which I haven't had much luck with in the past. This is my new go-to when I want something light but delicious and full of flavor.

I hope that Ina realizes this recipe is NOT Asian just because there is soy sauce. While preparing the dish was easy because of the few ingredients, they did not go well together at all. In fact the combination actually made me a bit nauseous. Miso paste, ginger, sake, soy, sesame oil..those ingredients would make a great ASIAN marinade. EVOO and dijon mustard are in no way asian. I wasted amazing Wild Alaskan salmon on this awful recipe.

This was super fast and easy but full flavor. I also marinated chicken and BBQ'd it too. HUGE HIT!!

This is by far the best salmon recipe that I have ever made, and I have made many over the years. My family just loved it. My son, who likes salmon but does not love it, took seconds! I will definitely make this again, and I would not change a thing.

This is CRAZY good and super simple!!! I marinate longer and use my grill pan indoors when time is short (I only use a charcoal grill. My family insists it is the best salmon dish they've tasted, here or in a restaurant.

It was okay. Maybe just because I like the taste of salmon itself, I found the marinade a trifle overpowering. I'll try it again for guests and will probably cut back on the mustard. I added some grated fresh ginger as others had done. I don't cook out of doors and baked my fillet for 12 minutes in a 425 degree oven; the fish itself was wonderful. Not bad, but not my first choice.
