This recipe was quick and easy and my son who isn't fond of salmon liked it.

My husband in the cook in our family - lucky me! He made this last night and I had to use a bit of it on every bite. This one's a keeper!

This was the easiest marinade ever, and it tasted amazing! I actually baked my salmon fillets, but it was still perfect! For anyone else baking their salmon, just marinade the salmon and don't use it as a glaze, b/c if you do it will be too salty. Overall great recipe!

I served this for a dinner party for 8. Even the not-so-fans-of-fish did not leave a smidgen! I have substituted swordfish & Mahi Mahi, equally as tasty. Sometimes I marinate this for a couple of hours in the fridge. This is a fantastic recipe.

Every time I make this recipe, it's a hit. Even my 4 year old daughter loves it and she's picky.

I have used this marinade on salmon, swordfish, and large shrimp - always wonderful. As other reviewers have noted, it is also good baked or done on a stove top grill. I usually marinate it a bit longer to get more garlic flavor in. Since the marinade does not contain an acid it does not cook the fish before it is cooked.
