Made this according to the recipe. Cooked the salmon on a gas grill. I thought the pieces might fall apart but they didn't. The sauce was just right in that it did not over power the salmon. Can't wait to serve this to company. Also made the soup and asparagus and snap pea saute. Thanks Ina!!

I love salmon and this was a nice, flavorful twist. Easy, too.

Since I got this recipe I always use this marinade on salmon but I bake it at 375 for 20 min. and it's moist and delicious. Your show is the best Ina!

So easy and delish. I was sick of the same old lemon and dill on my salmon and this really is a winner. I used half of the sauce as a marinade as is and the rest I added lime zest and toasted sesame seeds. This would be great on chicken too.

Absolutely, unbelievably delicious! I made this for my family tonight and everyone raved about this dish. Salmon can sometimes get boring, but this marinade really kicks up the flavor. This is a favorite!

This is absolutely wonderful! Best marinade I've had in a long time. I made this with boneless skinless chicken breast, baked in the oven at 400 for 45 minutes. I messed up and put all the marinade on the chicken, so I cooked it with the chicken. Best dipping sauce for bread! I can't say enough how great this was! Thanks so much Ina! I love you and your show!

Use Alaskan wild salmon. The sauce makes this dish. What ever you do, do not over cook the salmon. Delicious.

i was surprised at how good this was. i'm not great at cooking seafood, but this recipe was so easy and tasted great. i used low sodium soy sauce, and baked the salmon at 375 for about 35 minutes and it turned out perfect. ill definitely be making this again!
