This recipe is easy and it is the best! My husband loves it and brags to everyone that it is the most flavorful salmon they will ever taste. I always double the marinade, because he and my stepson also use it in their rice when I serve it. I am going to try it in the oven tonight!

I am often dissapointed that my local grocery stores do not carry SO MANY ingredients for recipes I'd like to cook, and I end up substituting things all the time. But anyone can find all of the ingredients in this dish at any grocery store in the country, and create a super-flavorful, simple and elegant dish. I served mine over jasmine rice. So delicious!

Ina Garten has outdone herself with this simple and quick recipe. It is so delicious that my husband and my father who prefer other fish to salmon really enjoyed this salmon dish. Great for weeknight dinner as well as an impressive dinner for company!!! Keep up the great work!

I left the Salmon whole and scored the top before marinating. Then cooked on the grill in a "foil boat". This was a fantastic meal. The marinade was also a wonderful sauce. Even my 13 year old son loved this one!

This is an easy recipe with superb results- I used my grill pan on a gas stove for those gorgeous seared marks, and cooked it slightly longer. Like every Ina Garten recipe I've tried- this one is excellent!
