Absolutely incredible!! So easy and simple - amazingly delicious. The marinade is great on chicken too.

Horribly salty..with the dijon mustard and soy. It needed citrus or sweet. What I did was added 3 ingredients and then it was DIVINE! I added honey, orange zest, and a dash of ginger powder. THEN IT WAS AMAZING! It was very moist. I grilled it on the grill on top of foil. It cooked up fast.

FABULOUS! Easy! and Delicious! Noticed some comments mention 'too salty' which is a common remark from those who prefer milder flavors. We ALWAYS use this recipe with any grilled fish and even chicken. I make sauces and marinades because store bought sauces and marinades have gunk in them, this is made with real food, minimum ingredients and maximum flavor impact. Genius recipe. Keep cooking Mrs. Garten.

I made this for dinner last night and we are still talking about how good it was. I'm so glad she added the part about how it continues to cook once you remove it from the grill. It was perfect!

this is nearly identical to another salmon recipe that I already have. Mine has a TB of sugar in it too...I tried this one but think I like it better with the touch of sweetness to it.

I had very little time to fix lunch and I did have this big salmon fillet. I used this recipe and I added a little finely shredded fresh ginger to the marinade. I was quick, easy to do, and it tasted delicious! I will certainly add this recipe to my favorites and will do it again and again!

Our all time favorite. I must have fixed in 50 times in the last yr. We love it and I add fresh ginger when I have it which makes it even better. I also use low sodium soy sauce.Guests always ask for the recipe.
