I am a MN girl now living in NC... this whitefish/salmon platter has me missing and now ordering White fish for my upcoming party this weekend. I will order from Duluth, MN a HUGE white fish and decorate this platter in the very same way Ina did! Fabulous.. Thank you.

I don't understand why you show these recipes and then don't put them on your site. Today you had four recipes but left off "Roasted Potato and Leek Soup" and "Virgin Mary". I have spent an hour looking for them and what a waste of time. Please put them on your web cite or better yet, I would really appreciate it if you would send them to me at "maynmn@embarqmail.com" . Thank you for any help you can give me. I love Ina's recipes and hate to miss out of these two. Betty
