    Simple and tasty! I cut each potato into 8 pieces because i like them a little more crispy. You can really get creative and add a few more spices! i have made these 3 times for my fiance already and he gobbles them up!

    Really really really good. Everyone - ages 1 to 42 enjoyed this dish. Ina has done it once again. I had to do these quickly, so I increased the heat to 450, and made the wedges even smaller - I think I 1/2'd the 1/2's. Will definitely make these again and again and again for my finicky crew!

    I loved these potatoes!!! Made them with a spicy olive oil I bought in Italy and they were soooo good!!! Great for dinner or even breakfast

    Great recipe! I made them for my girls night and they were a success. I loved them so much I made a second batch just for myself. Delicious!!!

    great recipe...enjoy them with jarred roasted minced garlic w/some of the juice put with the spices and oil in a baggie for the initial coating process...yummy!
