I loved these potatoes!!! Made them with a spicy olive oil I bought in Italy and they were soooo good!!! Great for dinner or even breakfast

great recipe...enjoy them with jarred roasted minced garlic w/some of the juice put with the spices and oil in a baggie for the initial coating process...yummy!

I make these every week. Now I cut the potatoes into smaller wedges to shorten the cooking time. This is a great canvas to play around with different herbs/ spices too. Tonight I tried a little cumin and cayenne instead of fresh rosemary (I always keep the garlic though! and it was yummy!

These were some great tasting potato wedges, and so easy to make! If you like rosemary, then you're going to appreciate the aroma and flavorful taste of these potatoes!

These potatoes are amazing! They're even better the next day! Adults raved, and kids begged for more. This will be our go-to recipe for family gatherings, parties, any old time when we need mouth watering potatoes. Using the Ziploc bag is a great way to coat the spuds.
