I have made this several times. Excellent. To cut down on butter I have substituted approx half with chicken stock. Stir in w butter, wine and garlic until it reduces by half. You will get more sauce. Also since the stock has salt in it you can also cut down on the amount used in this recipe. If there are other dietary restrictions think about using whole wheat bread crumbs instead.

This was excellent. The only change I made to the basic recipe was to cut back on some of the lemon. I used the juice but only a scant amount of the zest as the lemon overpowered the delicate shrimp flavor the first time I made the dish. Second time around was much better.

PERFECTION!!! Easy to make and oh so delicious! Unlike other's I followed the recipe and thought it needed no changes. Ina knows what she's talking about ;. I served it with rice pilaf and broccoli with lemon and olive oil. A make again dish for sure. Planning on making this for the next family gathering.

I really liked this recipe. The fresh garlic and herbs really do make this dish. And I loved the crunchy topping. Thanks Ina.

I made this recipe last night for my husband and 7 year old son for Valentine's Day. They loved it! I followed the suggestions of some of the reviewers and omitted the rosemary and cut back on the butter to 1 stick. It was delicious. I made some angel hair pasta to go with it. I think next time I will use a little more butter and some more wine. With the pasta, it would have been nice to have a bit more "sauce". But overall, this is definitely something I will be making again.
