I can't tell you how many food network recipe I've tried and my husband always says "it was good" or "it was ok" but this one he thought was fantastic. He asked if we had enough ingredients left to make it again. I didn't have an oval gratan dish so just used a square 8x8 and it worked out just fine. I made it with Linguine tossed in Alfredo sauce and we put the scampi and the juices from the bottom of the dish right on top of the pasta. This recipe taste so fresh and fabulous just like all of Ina's recipes!

Just okay. First recipe from FN my husband wasn't crazy about. Like another reviewer, next time will use half of the salt. Also, way too lemony, and most people squeeze wedge over before first tasting. Next time I'll just use one tablespoon or less or just use the wedges for diner to squeeze over their portion. Nice presentation when last 2 minutes in the broiler.

This recipe was super yummy. Lots of garlic and butter, my favorite. The cooking time was probably about double than what the recipe called for but still came out perfect. It's so easy to overcook shrimp so I kept a close eye on it, but it definitely wasn't done in 10-12 minutes. The butter wasn't even melted by then. I will make this again, for sure. I always enjoy the Barefoot Contessa's recipes. She is one of my go-to chefs to follow.

Wow! I made this with 1.5 pounds of 41-50 count shrimp tonight and a pound of linguine... plenty for 4 people! 2 pounds of shrimp would definitely be needed for 6 servings. Absolutely delicious and will be going into regular rotation in my house. Very balanced flavors and EASY!

This recipe is simply AMAZING!!! It's so delicious and very easy to put together. I make them before company arrives and they are a great appetizer to serve before dinner... or even as a great individual dish for yourself along with some pasta noodles.
