With so few ingredients, easy technique....Ina makes all of us into successful cooks. A great dish for entertaining. Everything can be prepared ahead and popped in the oven just before you sit down with your guests. Served this with some basmati rice and a salad and voila' ...Thanks Ina!!

My grocer discontinued panko so I had to sub with bread crumbs. The dish was fantastic I love being able to count on Ina to deliver a phenomenal recipe! Thanks so much! My two year-old and I love your show! He actually watches an entire episode of you! A budding bobby flay?

I just tried this out on New Years Eve and it was fabulous! My husband LOVED it so it passed the test. I actually added 1/2 cup of fresh grated parmasean cheese to the topping and it turned out great. I also removed the tails to eliminate messy fingers at the table. Thanks Ina for another great recipie!

This dish was so good... it vanished the moment it was put out on Christmas eve. Plus, I got a lot of credit for being an "awesome cook". Shh, it's our little secret how easy this recipe is!

This was excellent. I love the whole 'back to basics' concept. There are so many everyday dishes that Ina brings to a delicious new level. It must be a lot of work to make a recipe that comes out perfectly...thanks, Ina, I appreciate your hard work, and the fact that I can always count on one of your recipes. I'm definitely getting this book.

This recipe was so easy to make and so good. My family are garlic lovers, so I would probably use more garlic. But other wise this is delicious. The leftovers were even better the next day.

I made this the night before and it was so good. Served it with fettuccine and asparagas. I followed it exactly. Wouldn't change a thing.

I made this as the fish course for Christmas Eve. Everyone loved it. If you follow Inas recipes they are foolproof. It's the only way I'll prepare scampi now. Awesome !

I was looking for a new fish dish for Christmas Eve dinner and I found this one. This is excellent! Everyone loved it. I wouldn't change a thing about it except maybe add some lump crabmeat to the topping as a previous reviewer mentioned or linguine as a side. Although the recipe serves 6, I still had leftovers even though I had six people for dinner. I think this is because the dish is very rich and you only eat so much of it, but the flavors it imparts are simply excellent.
