This made a great banana bread. I mixed the coconut, granola, and pecans in a seperate bowl and added half to the mix and the other half for the topping, and it was still too much! Next time I'll half it. Also, as I put it into loaf pans, it took about an hour. However, everyone who tried it gave rave reviews. I will definitely make it again.

These were delicious! I didn't have granola so I used Great Grains cereal since it has granola clusters in it. I LOVE the pieces of banana in them!

Every time I make these people go nuts for them! They are my family's favorite! I use half the butter and omit the banana chunks, banana chips, and granola. Instead I add mini chocolate chips!

By far the best muffin I have ever made! My family could not rave enough about them. Super easy. I was able to get 24 muffins - and they lasted 2 days in my house - with 4 people!

These muffins are fantastic for breakfast, brunch or a snack. We loved the chunks of bananas inside and the banana chips on top. Talked about them at work and 2 coworkers also made them.

These muffins turned out great! I omitted the granola and chopped bananas and still they have plenty crunch, texture, and banana flavor. This recipe will stay in my recipe box. In addition, I will be sending my husband with some to work tomorrow!

These muffins are my favorite! I put whatever extra nuts and fruit I have on hand! The texture, I agree, is different but nothing weird, it's just good. Another 5-star recipe from Ina

This is my go-to recipe when you want to impress. Even my own mother didn't believe me when I said these didn't come from a bakery.
