So yummy. The top puffed up and baked like a cookie. The texture so amazing. Very rich. Definitely a "Keeper" recipe.

These are the most delicious muffins. My family devoured them. The chunks of banana, granola and coconut are absoulutely the best together. Another great recipe from Ina. Thank you

I loved this recipe!! I did change a few things though, I used non-fat milk and vegetable oil instead of the butter(thats what I had on handand left out the granola and dried banana (will definitly use them next time though! I also used an 8 by 8 pan to bake it in. It was the best banana "bread" ever! Ina's recipes are always wonderful! Thanks Ina!

One of the best banana muffin recipes I have ever made! I got 24 muffins instead of 18, used an ice cream scoop like she did. Awesome muffins!

My husband loves banana nut muffins and when I saw Ina making these, I knew I had to try them. I omitted the coconut and they still were delicious!
I crushed banana chips and walnuts and sprinkled on the top.
The one thing I found was they are somewhat delicate when coming out of the muffin tin. I used a jumbo tin and didn't have the liners so I used oil and they were still tough to remove without falling apart - even though they were fully cooled.
My husband has asked that I make these again!

I used canola oil instead of butter and used soy milk instead of whole milk and this still was a great muffin. I made the substitutions only because that is what I had on hand. They are very sweet but my 6 year old son loved them.
