Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint fresh raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup yogurt, Greek or regular
  • 1 tablespoon good honey
  • 2 cups ice

Directions

Combine the raspberries, banana, orange juice, milk, yogurt, honey and ice in a blender and process until smooth and serve.

    This was a simple, easy, and good smoothie. Next time I would add less ice, as I think it diluted the flavor a bit. Other than that I will be making this and variations of it for a healthy breakfast.

    This smoothie was good but needed a little more sweetner. I realize she is keeping it healthy by using honey, but the bananas and raspberries need additional sweetner to bring out their true flavors and make it absolutely delicious. As is, however, it was okay. On the other hand, her oatmeal was absolutely fabulous.
