Very good, light, flavorful with the lemon zest. BF Contessa, nuff said, it's always good!

These pancakes were delicious! The flavor and texture were on par, BUT they burned WAY too easily. No matter how high or low the griddle was set, the outside of the pancake seemed to blacken at the blink of an eye.

These were easy to make and super yummy! All three of my kiddos and my husband loved them.

Very delicious. Creamy, moist and sweet. Could be eaten with or without syrup

I made these the other day. They tasted alright, but the appearance was awful. Not very appetizing at all.

Excellent. I have made these countless times. The flavor is spectacular.. Sometimes I sub blueberries for the bananas and always toast some slivered almonds for crunch. I also sub gluten free flour with a little zanthum gum. They are divine. These pancakes by far are the best I ever tasted. They are great with Ina's maple covered bacon like another reviewer mentioned.

I made these this morning and was happy with how they turned out. Like another reviewer, I also increased the milk as I found the batter a bit thick. Otherwise I made the recipe as is and was pleased with the results!

My son and I made these pancakes this morning and they were very good. I altered one one thing as I like the batter to be a bit wetter. I added another 1/4 c of Milk. I usually make pancakes every couple of weeks and freeze in zip lock bags for my son's breakfasts throughout the week. I have been using a Betty Crocker's Picture Cookbook recipe for 20+ years and though it is a good recipe, it is time consuming. I believe I will be making this for my family and guests from here on out.
