I just made these pancakes and they were good. My 3 yr old really enjoyed them. They were nice and fluffy. Next time, I will add more vanilla to the wet incredients.

I tried using a half recipe and in doing so, it was a little too salty. It's possible my flour or something else was a little off. I will measure more carefully next time and if given the same results, will slack off the salt. They were very tasty and will for sure try them again. I have never been dissappointed with Ina's recipes!

Very good recipe. I mixed up the type of flour..1/2 c. ground oats, 1/2 c. whole wheat, 1/2 c. unbleached. Added tbsp of flax meal to give them a little more nutrient filled punch. Tasted like french toast, crispy on the outside and a little spongy and fluffy on the inside. Definitely a keeper. I think next time I might add a little bit of fresh mint. Thanks for another great recipe!

THese were good. THey were on the thick side, which isn't a really bad thing. I didn't read the recipe through the first time, so I was upset to find out the bananas didn't go into the batter. But they were good.

This is the best pancake ever! So fluffy! I used really ripe banana and worked so well for he pancake! I also made a blueberry syrup. This will be the only pancake receipt I will use from now on.

The texture was really off on these pancakes. Had the texture of a really thick crepe instead of a nice fluffy pancake. I will not make these again. Just too gummy.

First of all, I didn't have all the ingredients so I thought I'd wing it anyway. They still turned out to be the best pancakes I've ever had!! Also others in my family felt the same way. I doubled the recipe. However, didn't have lemon so I used orange zest and it was wonderful. I added water to the milk since I didn't have enough milk. I also mashed the bananas and only used 2.
Delicious! Ina has yet to let me down!

Super easy to make, delicious, and nice & fluffy! I pressed banana slices into tops of pancakes while cooking and when I flipped they got nice and carmalized. I also only had half the amount of sour cream on hand, so I subsituted with 1/2 vanilla yogurt. Love these!

I just made these pancakes for my roommates and they devoured them! The lemon zest really brings the flavor out and the puffiness was exquisite. Great recipe!
