Great salad. Dressing was good slightly tangy. Will make again.

It sure beats commercial dressing but I, too, have to caution about the salt. Saltiness is subjective. So, considering the use of anchovy paste, salt the dressing after tasting. There is no fishy taste. Very good dressing and making it takes no time at all.

This is the dressing to make if you want to wow the crowd. Fresh, zesty, creamy. Dump the gluey store bought stuff.

TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS REGARDING THE SALTINESS: Please take note Ina lists kosher salt, not table salt or sea salt. Kosher salt has larger grains and therefore takes up more space in the measuring spoon. 2 tsp regular salt is much more actual salt than 2 tsp kosher salt. Your dressing tastes too salty because you have used regular salt.

If you use table salt, use half the measurement directed for kosher salt.

Oh My!! This was amazing. Way better than a ranch could ever hope to be! We dressed our salad and now we are dipping our veggies with the leftovers!

Best. Dressing. Ever. Wow, and I'm usually too lazy to review any recipe but this one is worth it.

This is one of the best, freshest-tasting dressings ever, hands down. I don't know how anyone can give it less than 5 stars. By the way, you need to use KOSHER salt .... if you use regular salt it will come out too salty.

Love, love, love this dressing! My husband only used Italian dressing, and doesn't like anchovies. Now, this is the only dressing we use at our house. The only thing I have trouble with is that it is thick. Thanks Ina!
