The herb dip should be featured on it own. On the show, Ina said once you have this dip, you'll never buy ready-made dip from the grocery store again, and she was right. It is great with vegetables or crustini.

The dip was wonderful! We took it to a party (with different crudites and went home with an empty bowl! When the veggies were gone, people were dipping crackers and bread in it. I did reduce the salt to 3/4 of a tsp.

I wanted some thing easy and simple to make for an appetizer it so easy to make and it tasted amazing it was the hit of the party.

Didn't make the crudite part, but made the dip for a party. It was a huge success. I used low fat mayo and reduced fat sour cream and it was fabulous! Next time I'll try reduced fat sour cream as well. This will now be my go-to dip. Great for crackers too.

The dip for the crudites is wonderful. I asked my husband to taste it and had to take the spoon away from him. And so easy to make. Would work for elegant or casual entertaining. Speaking of elegant...how about some ideas for using caviar, Ina?
