    I made these to take to a party. We loved them but didn't get any rav e reviews from the guests. Nobody said how good they were so I'm not sure how they went over.

    Loved them! My husband is usually not a fan of smoked salmon so I did the other half with Prosciutto. He actually loved both.

    Yum! I made this for a party of ten and there were WAY too many! Might want to cut this recipe in half for a smaller group. However, they were reallllly yummy.

    I made a practice batch of the blinis. I wanted to see if I could make them the day before a party. I chilled them and then put them in a 200? oven to take
    the chill off. We don't like smoked salmon so I used roasted salmon instead. They were wonderful. I will for sure be making them for my next party. Another great recipe from Ina!

    Very good recipe!
    I seasoned my chicken with salt, pepper and a little Tony's Chachere's. Also instead of plain bread crumbs I used Cajun bread crumbs! (Sorry, I'm from South LA! It was very tasty! To make sure my meat didn't get to dry, I used a meat thermometer. When the thickest part reached 165 degrees, I removed it from the heat! Juicy and Delish! This is a keeper!

    I made over 100 of these for a Holiday open house and they were a huge hit. I made the pancakes the night before the party and wrapped them in plastic they were perfect. I only doubled the pancake recipe but was able to make 105 silver dollar sized pancakes. Note a little dill does a long way so don?t purchase too much. Enjoy!

    These are terrific - even better with some good caviar. The only problem is that they really are only good when they are warm so invite your guests into the kitchen and have them watch. Or better yet, get them involved.
