I followed the recipe exactly as it is, except for the salt quantity: I only added a quarter of what Ina suggested. The crackers are excellent, I didn't have to turn them at all, the taste and look are fantastic. Next time when I make them I'll add just a pinch more of salt.

I've made these a number of times, and they've always been a hit. I just finished making a double batch (! for a party tomorrow, using Gorgonzola Cremata (on sale at Murray's--a false economy for this recipe and the crackers aren't nice at all. I'm giving it three stars based on earlier experience with Stilton. I understand the reviewers who said these taste floury; they do to me, too, a raw, unpleasant flour taste, with the Gorgonzola.

I wanted these to be good, the recipe made my mouth water. Sorry but I feel like this was a waste of Stilton. The taste had a bitter edge - and my house smelled terrible afterwards. ("Mom, WHAT are you cooking?" A milder cheese would have made the good cracker texture with nuts yummy...

LOVED THEM!!! And lots of compliments! I used regular blue cheese. I couldn't find Stilton. Soooo good! And really easy! (I did over cook them a bit, I should have kept a better eye on them

These are yummy, yummy, yummy. Had stilton left from Christmas. Used pecans instead of walnuts and they were great!!

I ended up throwing these out cause no one liked them. Stilton cheese too expensive and too strong!

These are my go-to cocktail snacks to entertain with or bring to a potluck. They're so easy and versatile cuz you can use any type of nuts you want. I love adding a pinch of cayenne to kick up the flavor!

Excellent. I had 2 oz of Amish blue cheese in the refer that I needed to use. Quartered the recipe and got 1 dozen crackers. I sliced them in about -1/4 slices. I also chopped the nuts finer and had no problem with them adhering. Watch the video. She suggests adding a bit of water to the dough, which isn't mentioned in the recipe.

So good! I prefer savory over sweet and these are the best savory "cookies" I've ever had. Great for cocktail parties. I'll be making these again!
