Ive have so many burgers over the years. this is honestly the BEST burger recipe I have ever tried. So juicy and delicious. The steak sauce in the mix is genius.
IDEA!!!!--------I accidentally bought crumbled blue cheese instead of sliced. So i took a little burger meat and put a rounded little spoonful of blue cheese in the center, anb built the burger around that. I let them sit in the fridge for about an hour andthen grilled them over charcoal. This made the burger even better. you bit into the burger and it was so juicy. then a second bite and the blue cheese bursts in your mouth and melts throughout the burger. SO GOOD! TRY THAT.

The hamburger patty alone was very flavorful!!! So you couldn't go wrong with the bleu cheese.

We grilled these burgers today & they were REALLY good. The only change we make was to top them with pepper jack cheese. Even my husband, who is a meat/salt/pepper kinda guy thought they were yummy and even had a second ! ! !

My wife said this is the best burger she ever put in her mouth. I loved it too. Best of all, it's easy. You will be the burger-meister of your next backyard barbeque if you cook this one.

For those who had negative things to say about Ina's Burger...I am a cook and grew up making burgers with bread crumbs and eggs. Thats where the nice consistency comes from. Also, who labeled a burger just beef?? If you cook at all, it's about being creative and Ina nails it everytime!! Also, for those who said a burger has no filling and only wants to season it with salt and pepper, what did you need to look up a burger recipe for?? Ina, the addition of the blue cheese was the perfect touch to step that burger up another notch! Thanks for all your great recipes and don't stop being creative. I love it!!!

to BERNIE - seriously STOP posting S**** that you don't make and are only reviewing because you want people to see you name in print. YOU knocked a star which is how I rate what I cook. STOP!!! Its b***********. I am now rating it 5 without having a clue because you downgraded a recipe without reason! Actually COOK and then tell me what your issue is.

Love these burgers. Rather than 3 eggs, I stole from one of her other hamburger recipes and just use 2-3 egg yolks. Always juicy and tender. We make extras to freeze and just label them Ina Burgers.
