    This coleslaw is delicious! I have never liked coleslaw, and one day I needed to make some. I also had a massive amount of blue cheese sitting in my refrigerator. I chose this recipe basically because of that and WOW this recipe is a winner. Its important to taste as you go along and if you do- this recipe will be a WINNER!

    I used a whole small green cabbage and a tiny purple cabbage as that is a lot of dressing! I also cut the blue cheese to 4 oz. based on other comments. Next time I will also cut the vinegar in half.

    I liked this recipe. It was very flavorful. I made it for someone who normally likes to stick to basic seasonings and she liked it a lot.

    Usually love Ina's dishes. This was not a winner. Maybe if I'd left out the bleu cheese... And I even put less than the recipe called for. Even bleu cheese lovers thought it was a bad combo. I will say that 1 person liked it. But out of a party of 30+ people, that's not so good. I won't make this again.

    I love this recipe! My in-laws own a catering company and when I made this dish for them, it blew them away! They could not stop talking about the flavors. I made it again for a cookout at our home and all of our friends loved it as a side dish, on burgers, hot dogs, you name it..... they just couldn't stop eating it!
    Definitely a keeper recipe!

    MARTHA WHO? INA IS THE QUEEN - EXCUSE ME - GODDESS OF THE KITCHEN AND ANYTHING & EVERYTHING ENTERTAINING. THIS COLE SLAW IS FOR ANY ONE WHO ABSOLUTELY LOVES BLUE CHEESE.     Yuuummmmy!! This was a hit at our family Fourth Of July party! I loved it so much, that I added a tich more bleu cheese to my own personal serving. We set out the bleu cheese container and suggested that the guests add their own portion of cheese to their personal taste.

    I love Ina's recipes, but this one called for wayyyy too much blue cheese in my opinion. I absolutely love blue cheese too! Wouldn't try again as it was far too rich and blue cheesey.
