    This was delicious. It is the best Cole Slaw I have ever eaten. What a great idea to add Blue Cheese. I thought I made great Cole Slaw until I tried this recipe. My husband was calling for seconds. I have enough for our lunch today and can hardly wait.

    It seemed almost like the dressing was blue cheese dressing w/ a slight hint of mustard so I was hesitant, but when it was all mixed up, it was GREAT!! I have shared it with many friends, and it has been a hit with all. Thanks for a great recipe.

    I have been experimening with coleslaw recipes all summer and -Finally a winner. Very tasty, unusual, easy and fantastic with ribs. No wonder Ina's "Contessa" is so successful.

    I was not sure what this recipe would taste like with the crumbled blue cheese, but it was absolutely wonderful. Now we have too favorite salad recipes - your "Blue Cheese Cole Slaw" and your "New Potatoe Salad Recipe". Thanks!!
