I made this recipe because I am a huge blue cheese fan. It was so wonderful, I could not believe it. I did take a short cut, maybe watching too much Sandra Lee, and used the cole slaw mix in the bag. I did not use all the sauce since it made too much. Also, I cut back on the blue cheese just because I thought it would be too strong. I took the leftovers to a bbq party the next day and everyone loved it, even the non blue cheese people. Great job as usual Ina!!

I am not a fan of cole slaw, but I made this Saturday night and everyone really loved it. I have never been disappointed by any of Ina's recipes

We really enjoyed this cole slaw. Adding the bleu cheese was a great idea. I would, however, make a little less dressing and add less bleu cheese. It became a little overpowering part way through the meal. It's a keeper, for sure!

I've never made homemade coleslaw before but this was fantastic! Loved the blue cheese. I cheated and used a bag of preshredded coleslaw mix and cut the dressing ingredients in half. Only took me a few minutes to put together for a fabulous addition to our table. Definitely a keeper!

Oh my goodness is this slaw the bomb. If you love blue cheese this will take care of that need for it, I always add just a tad bit more too oh and if you want to go one step further and make it more Southern, Add some pre-cooked bacon, your mouth will say HELLO! Yum.

Ina is a favorite in our home and this recipe is one of the reasons why.

My girls request this cole slaw all of the time but I must say that since we're not blue Cheese lovers I don't put it in and then it's perfect.

Takes 10 minutes if I use the shredder attachment for my food processer and the rest is a breeze.

Very good slaw. Tangy and crunchy and rich. Good to take to a party. The blue cheese adds a different layer to cole slaw. Try it, you'll like it...

This is the best dish I have ever made, it is always a crowd pleaser. I get requests for this dish time and time again. Thank you so much for sharing it with the rest of us.

Made this twice in the last week!
Had 20 clients over to my home last Saturday night for a Client Appreciation BBQ and wanted to make something out of the ordinary. Boy did this fill the bill. People were asking---What's in this that's so wonderful? It's the cheese ladies and gentlemen.
Invited some girlfriends over for Girls Night In last night and I made it again. Same response. Sent the recipe to two friends this morning. Ina never fails me! Thanks..
