This recipe makes me very happy when blueberries are in season. I'm not much of a baker but these muffins are not to difficult to make. I like to put coffee cake topping on them before baking for a nice sweet crunch on top. Definitely a favorite at my house.

Very moist & tasty Blueberry Muffin. Ilove Barefoot Contessa recipes. They come out just as she saids & looks & tastes wonderful every time. She makes it look so easy & it is every time!

Very tasty! The tops didn't brown as much as I like, but we learn by our mistakes and next time will move the oven rack closer to the top. I make some by the recipe as is and added the crumbs to some. The crumbs really do kick them up a bit.

Delicious! even my daughter who is not a big blueberry fan liked them. I have a question though - could these be mixed the night before to speed up having hot muffins for breakfast? I will definitely make them again, but would like to speed things up. My family is impatient in the mornings!!

These muffins are delicious, but they're more like a cake than a muffin. Very dense and full of blueberries. I used low fat yogurt and skim milk and they were amazing. I might try to lighten them up next time I make them, maybe substitute the sour cream for Greek yogurt. Either way, I'll definitely be making them again!!

I made these muffins a few weeks ago and lost the recipe, I loved it so much I went digging through the foodnetwork website.I am making them again, and will make them many, many times after. I made them for my family and they loved them. My 7 year old brother said he wanted them every day! SO GOOD! I like them with the streusel topping! Thanks marthadana_12063630!!!!!

These were divine! I used low fat sour cream because tha's what I had and the taste and texture were great. My muffin tins are regular size (not extra large/ not mini and the recipe produced 2.5 dozen. Thank you, Ina!
