I don't even like buying muffins in stores/bakeries anymore. I would much rather bake my own. With this recipe and Ina's other recipe for Banana Crunch muffins, there is no need to leave home to get a sweet, moist, sinful breakfast treat. These freeze well so you can enjoy a workday treat as well. Go over the top with a streusel topping. Frozen berries work just fine.

This recipe was so fast and easy to prepare that even my 6 month old didn't mind the wait. Ina was right in suggesting that the muffin cups be filled almost to the top. The blueberry muffin was moist and delicious. I enjoyed most of all cutting the muffin in half and seeing how the blueberries burst during baking it created a beautiful blue purple hue in the bread.

These are the best blueberry muffins I have made by far! I did have to change the recipe a bit as I did not have sour cream on hand( how did that happen?so I used some yogurt and buttermilk instead of the plain milk. OH My GOSH, these muffins are so tender and DELISH!!! I will be making these till we're all sick of blueberries!!!!( which will never happen Thanks Ina!

Very good, moist, flavorable. Used non-fat sour cream and splenda to make them a wonderful low-fat, sugarfree treat. They came out very good and delicious. Great for a low fat diet and diabetic diet.

OH MY, these muffins are amazing. A made a batch and froze most of it in the muffin cups, now whenever I want a muffin I take a couple and bake them, 40 minutes later I have the most delicous, moist muffins ever. (I think this recipe is better than my mom's.

I made these for valentines day and delivered them around town to friends and family! I did use frozen blueberries instead and they were a hit!
