    Great recipe; very moist. Instead of the 8 oz of sour cream I used 6 oz of low-fat blueberry yogurt. Amazing recipe

    I have made many a blueberry muffin, from scratch and from mix, but these are the very best I have ever made. The only changes I made, I used fat free milk, and lite sour cream. They are so huge and lite and flavorfull. I will definitely make these over and over. Mine didn't stick to the pan, and they rose just wonderfull. Love them. I knew I could count on you Ina to have a great recipe.

    These muffins are great...but to make them perfect, do two things:
    1 Add 2 tsp of lemon zest with the vanilla and sour cream and milk
    2 After the muffins cool, brush the tops with a little bit of melted butter then roll them in some granulated sugar.
    These are the best muffins i've ever had.

    Ina, you did it again!! I love verything about your cooking and baking!! The next time I make these I might sprinkle some sugar on top but these were soooo scrumptous just the way they are. Keep the recipes coming.

    These turned out really great... I made these in a bite size pan and topped some of them of with a cinnamon/sugar crumble and others with chocolate chip because my niece cannot eat anything without chocolate! My family loved it :
